Our Beliefs

At our church, we believe in the power of intergenerational connections to create a supportive and nurturing community. We value inclusivity, love, and respect for all individuals, regardless of age, or background. Our mission is to foster meaningful relationships and provide a welcoming space for everyone to grow spiritually and personally.

United Methodist share a common heritage with all Christians, including the belief that God is revealed through the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, that Jesus is the Son of God, and that the realm of God is both a present reality and future hope.  The Bible is the primary authority for our faith and practice.

We affirm that all persons are individuals of sacred worth, created in the image of God, and are welcome in our church, as we seek to live together in Christian community, welcoming, forgiving, and loving one another.

We recognize science as a legitimate interpretation of God’s natural world.

What makes us distinct among Christians is our emphasis on grace, and holy living.  We believe that faith and good works belong together. Because of what God has done for us we are all called to a life of participation in the church community where we are nourished and equipped for mission and service to the world.
